For organisational decision makers, understanding the implications of our changing climate is becoming increasingly critical
Not only for business continuity but also to meet evolving climate-related disclosure and reporting requirements. Leaders are now expected to chart credible pathways for their organisations to adapt and transition over time, balancing regulatory expectations with strategic resilience.
Foresight in Action
Our Climate Change Adaptation specialists have been working with communities and organisations preparing DAPPs for a number of years. They work on world-leading projects such as South Dunedin Future, and the New Zealand Ministry of Defence’s Estate Climate Adaptation Plans.
They have undertaken risk, vulnerability and adaptation assessments to inform National Adaptation Plans in the Pacific, such as for the Republic of the Marshall Islands and the work currently underway for the Solomon Islands.

Powerful modelling
Dynamic Adaptive Pathways Planning (DAPP) offers a robust framework for organisations facing these challenges. It enables leaders to align transition planning with disclosure obligations by supporting transparent, well-timed decisions that can be updated as new information emerges.
This approach reduces the risk of stranded assets and regretful investments while demonstrating proactive management of climate risks and opportunities in line with regulatory standards.
