Core to our values of Partnership and Care, we are committed to working with our clients and partners as we navigate the evolving COVID-19 situation, to do all that we can to prioritise the health and wellbeing of our people, clients, partners and the communities we live in.
In New Zealand
In the context of the New Zealand government’s pending COVID-19 Protection Framework and in line with our global approach, from 1 December 2021 only those people who have received both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine will be able to enter our offices and workspaces in Aotearoa, New Zealand.
While our offices will be open for fully vaccinated employees under the Red traffic light setting, this will be under strict health and safety protocols, and visitors will be by exception only. However we will be looking forward to welcoming fully vaccinated visitors under the Orange traffic light setting.
We will continue to review this approach on a regular basis and as we move towards a Green traffic light setting. As always, we will continue to focus on working closely with you, and where it is not possible to meet in person, to work together using our well-established audio and video conferencing methods.
Thank you for your support, understanding and care, as we work collectively for the safety of our teams, whānau and communities.
Our local teams are looking forward to reconnecting in person where we can and will be in contact to work through any questions you may have prior to visiting our offices. In the meantime, please do also feel free to reach out to your Beca contact if you have questions or concerns.
In Australia
Across Australia, we are operating in compliance with the different state health orders or directives on COVID-19 vaccinations. And indeed, we are going above requirements by requiring all people to be vaccinated to visit client sites or visit our offices, which includes our clients, partners and suppliers.
As with the above, this means from 1 December 2021 only those people who have received both doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine will be able to enter our Australian offices and workspaces.
