The Beaton Client Choice Awards are highly regarded within the professional services sector as they recognise best practice and exceptional service delivery. These awards stand out because they rely solely on client feedback, without any involvement of panels, judges, or self-nominations.

Beaton, an independent research organisation, conducts rigorous research to collect ratings and feedback from clients of professional services firms in Australia and New Zealand. For two decades, these awards have served as a benchmark for excellence in the industry. This year 250 firms from Australia and New Zealand participated in the awards, and over 16,000 pieces of client feedback were collected during the research process.

The evaluation process involves clients providing feedback on the services they received directly to Beaton, ensuring confidentiality and objectivity. This approach highlights a commitment to continuous improvement and maintaining high-quality standards based on genuine client experiences.
