University of Melbourne Earns 'Leadership in Industry Innovation' Award for campus-wide Digital Twin: A testament to Beca's collaborative partnership and innovative approach.

The black-tie dinner award ceremony, hosted by Facility Management Association of Australia (FMA) in Melbourne, saw University of Melbourne being applauded for their innovative leadership. Beca was privileged to celebrate this victory with them.

In a noteworthy collaboration, Beca joined forces with the University with a goal to revolutionise campus asset management through technology and innovation.

Working alongside University of Melbourne, Beca developed a Digital Twin underpinned by coordinated and structured asset and facilities data. The outcome of the new University of Melbourne Digital Twin is more integrated buildings and asset data driving enhanced learning, time, cost, and sustainability outcomes.

Reflecting on this remarkable award Tim Mumford, Business Manager, Beca Digital and Innovation stated, "Our support in University of Melbourne's dynamic and pioneering project was instrumental in maintaining assets and facilities for the University of Melbourne that guarantee top-tier learning outcomes.
