Beca announces new Auckland location for its global headquarters

Beca has announced that its global headquarters in Auckland will be moving from Pitt Street to a new location in the Wynyard Quarter Innovation Precinct in 2025.

The development under construction at 124 Halsey Street is targeting a 6 Green Star rating and is designed with hybrid working in mind. This world-class building in the centre of Auckland not only better reflects Beca’s vision for its future, it also allows Beca to proudly support the revival of Auckland’s CBD.

Beca is part of the team working on this particular building and has also worked on several other projects that have contributed to the regeneration of Wynyard Quarter. 

“I would like to thank the whole project team for the huge amount of work over many months that has gone into reaching this important decision about securing our future and finding an outstanding new location for Beca’s global headquarters. Not only is it within walking distance of many of our clients, it will offer our people an exciting new working environment where we can collaborate more effectively across our teams and with our clients,” CEO Greg Lowe says.

Beca considered several accommodation options for its Northern Regional Hub and global headquarters, including upgrading its existing premises at Pitt Street.

The company will be the anchor tenant in the building, with a 12-year lease from late February 2025.
