Beca appoints Tanya Elliott as new General Manager Water in Australia, bringing 25+ years of water infrastructure expertise and a focus on innovation, sustainability, and client partnerships.
Beca has announced a major leadership appointment in its Australian water business. Tanya Elliott has been named General Manager Water, effective 10 November.Tanya joining Beca advances our Australia growth journey and our commitment to strong client partnerships and innovative delivery.

Tanya brings more than 25 years of experience in the water infrastructure sector, alongside recent leadership in the rail and transport industry. Her understanding of safety, human factors, and digital innovation, developed in the rail sector, will bring fresh perspectives to Beca’s water clients.
In her role, she will lead Beca’s water team across Australia, driving strategy, client partnerships and innovation.
Her focus includes integrating real time digital technologies and affordable sensor solutions, strengthening collaboration, and shaping resilient, sustainable outcomes for complex infrastructure challenges.

Based in our Melbourne Office, Tanya will work closely with market, technical and delivery teams to turn strategy into results for communities across Australia.
