Beca appoints Letitia Drury as Group Director – Mobility & Precincts

Beca has appointed Letitia Drury as Group Director – Mobility & Precincts, effective November 2025.

In this role, Letitia will shape the vision and direction for the Mobility & Precincts business group, align with wider Beca Group strategy, and ensure that our operations are delivered with a strong emphasis on client needs and quality outcomes. Letitia’s priority focus will be on maintaining strong engagement with clients and partners in the infrastructure sector, while motivating and leading the team as the business adapts to the evolving market. 

With 23 years’ experience in the construction consulting sector – including more than 20 here at Beca – Letitia is well qualified and a great fit to take on this important leadership role. Her technical background in the broader transportation and civil engineering sectors includes leading the delivery of projects across the roading, multi-modal, land development and ports sectors. Over the past seven years, as Regional Manager for our Southern region in New Zealand, she has proven herself to be a decisive, collaborative, and values-driven leader who excels at bringing people together to deliver results.

Based in Ōtautahi Christchurch, Letitia will regularly spend time throughout Aotearoa and Australia, and will work closely with our regional leaders to respond to opportunities across this diverse business group.
