Beca is excited to be welcoming back Karl Wilkinson to the team as Technical Director – Buildings, further broadening its capability and commitment to the Health and public sector markets.Karl re-joins Beca from the Ministry of Health where he led the establishment of the newly formed Health Infrastructure Unit, with oversight of the planning and delivery of clinical facilities throughout New Zealand. Through this period the unit was built from a foundational team of 10 to over 60 specialists in health infrastructure governance, planning, investment management, asset management, design, and delivery.
