We’re working with Jakarta Land to deliver premium 21st century offices in the heart of Indonesia’s capital.

The skyline of Jakarta’s CBD is constantly changing. Skyscrapers soar to great heights as development continues in this fast-paced, growing metropolis.

The 42-storey WTC–3 tower is one such building, and sits within the World Trade Centre complex on Jakarta’s main street, Jalan Sudirman. Standing 224m tall, it will represent the next evolution of developer Jakarta Land’s signature quality when completed in 2017.

Covering 130,000m2 on a 1.5 hectare site, it delivers the very best in Grade A premium office space, together with three levels of retail and five levels of basement car parking.

We’ve been working in Indonesia for many years, and we’ve brought together our best engineers from New Zealand and Indonesia to help JKL deliver this landmark development.  We joined their design team in workshops, learned lessons from previous projects and have been inspired by the group’s rich international portfolio to design building services that are future-proofed, resilient and flexible.

Tenants will be confident of business continuity within their offices, with 100% standby power and plenty of air-conditioning capacity. An automated building management system makes sure that cooling and lighting are optimised and everything is functioning efficiently. Office space in Jakarta is definitely on the up!
