Progression into senior roles at Beca is about growing your impact, not just your job title. As you step up from intermediate, you’ll take on bigger scope and more autonomy—leading workstreams, owning client outcomes, shaping delivery strategy and quality, and coaching others—while building your commercial and risk judgement.


Progress is assessed on demonstrated capability, behaviours and outcomes—not time alone—and there’s flexibility to move across sectors, disciplines and locations as you grow. Your manager will work with you create the senior pathway that fits you best.

We offer outcome based leadership with authority to set direction for your portfolio, shape teams and choose delivery approaches. There is trusted flexibility in where and when you work, aligned to client needs, team rhythms and safety.

Our leaders drive our sector/discipline strategies and annual plans; shaping our investment and delivery roadmaps in alignment with our strategic goals.

There are opportunities to speak at industry events, publish insights, serve on industry working groups and panels and partners with universities. We have dedicated marketing communications and business development support for content, PR and profile building. 

Your wellbeing will be supported through resourcing, clear priorities and flexible work patterns. You will also have access to confidential support and coaching and regular check-ins.
