• Trusted flexibility and wellbeing support, including space for learning and opportunities to give back through community volunteering.
• A network of peers you get to connect with regularly to help you transition and share experiences.

Career progression beyond the grad programme is flexible and transparent, shaped around your strengths and interests. You’ll build technical depth on real projects, then choose to deepen as a specialist or broaden into project management and leadership—with clear goals set alongside your manager, regular feedback, and mentoring.

What this looks like in practice:

• Mobility and variety. Many of our grads accept opportunities across different disciplines, offices and regions (NZ and the Pacific).
