To make certain your invoices are processed swiftly, please refer to the updated guidance:
Purchase Orders (POs):
- Always quote Beca’s Purchase Order number (beginning with PUR) on all invoices, where a PO has been provided.
- When engaging with Beca, you are encouraged to request a PO, although this is not mandatory at this stage.
Invoices Without a PO:
- If no PO has been issued, the invoice must include the name and email address of the Beca contact who engaged you to provide the goods or services.
Correct Legal Entity:
- Ensure the invoice is addressed to the correct Beca legal entity.
- This information will be stated on the PO or can be confirmed with your Beca contact if no PO has been issued.
Invoices will be returned for correction if they:
- Do not include a valid Beca PO(PUR) number, or do not include a Beca contact email.
- Are not addressed to the correct Beca legal entity.
