Andrea leads Beca's NZ business, with a broad perspective on industry issues relating infrastructure. With over 25 years’ experience in planning and governance, she is a leading expert in spatial planning, has an active understanding and interest in the evolution of our regulatory environment, and has worked on and led multiple projects through strategic advisory and project delivery strategy, engagement, impact assessment and the transformation of complex urban environments through infrastructure investment. Andrea is also President of the Association of Consulting and Engineering NZ (ACE NZ) Board.

Tracey has over 30 years’ experience in infrastructure consulting and delivery. With a civil engineering background, she has extensive experience in major initiatives in urban renewal, transport, and development infrastructure, with a focus on enabling growth, housing, and resilient communities, including transformative projects such as Wynyard Quarter and Kāinga Ora’s Te Aranga Alliance. In her current role she has a broad remit across the the land transport, aviation, maritime and land development sectors, with a focus on developing transport systems that are connected and planned alongside communities and other infrastructure.
