On the Beca Graduate Programme you’ll gain the skills and experience you need to become a successful consultant in your chosen field. 


You’ll get to meet other grads and start to build an amazing network around the world. With a dedicated annual grad conference, monthly get-togethers and guest speakers, site visits and mentoring, not to mention lots of on-the-job learning, you can create your own path, find your passion and ‘be your future.'

Applications for our New Zealand and Australia Graduate Programme will be open from Monday 6 March - Friday 31 March 2017. Summer intern applications will open in July.

Our Opportunities

If you’re graduating with a Bachelor in Engineering or another relevant degree, we have a wide range of roles available. Check out the table below to see where our opportunities are. When you apply, you can select the options that most interest to you.

If you’re graduating with a Diploma in Engineering or a Bachelor of Engineering Technology, we have roles available in Auckland and Wellington for 2018. Visit our main jobs page and search '2018 graduate.' More opportunities may become available throughout the year, so keep an eye on our website.
