Beca Graduate Development Programme

Applications for our 2019 Graduate Development Programme are now closed.

We believe the best place to learn is on the job so you can expect to work on real jobs for our clients, right from the start. You’ll get ongoing support from experienced mentors, development opportunities, support towards professional memberships as well as a yearly graduate conference and access to an established and active graduate social community.

Meet some of our grads

Beca Summer Student Development Programme ​

Applications for our 2018/19 Summer Student Development Programme are now closed.

The Beca career development philosophy is simple, you own your own career! Our eight-week Summer Student Development Programme offers you the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the consulting environment and how your studies are applied in the real world. 

We’ve got over 1,500 technical gurus, so you'll have the opportunity to work alongside some of the best in the industry. You will gain invaluable experience from our multidisciplinary support network who work across a huge range of markets, from water, defence, education, healthcare, transportation and infrastructure, to food and beverage and power. 

We care about your development. Our Summer Student Development Programme has been running for the past three years and will see you working with other students on a business problem facing our industry, attending networking events, interactive workshops and even a Beca Summer Student conference.

Applications for our 2019/20 intake will open in mid 2019.

How does the Beca summer student application process work?

Applications for our 2018/19 Summer Student Development Programme are now closed.

Apply Online

If this is the first time you are applying, you’ll need to create a username and password on our applicant tracking system. From there, you’ll need to upload a cover letter, your CV and academic transcript (we know this won’t be complete yet, so just send us where you are at so far). Please also include information about your work experience, including other internships, education and extracurricular activities in your application.

Applicant Screening begins

Once we receive your application it will be reviewed by one of our Talent Acquisition team, if we shortlist your application we will share it with our hiring managers and get in touch with you with our next steps. If you aren’t selected, don’t worry, we will let you know via email. If you choose to opt-in for job alerts you can see when new roles are advertised — who knows, you might be the perfect candidate for a different role!

Most of our Summer Students commence in late November where you will be welcomed into our Summer Student Development Programme and be assigned support person (buddy) from within the team to assist you and gain a better understanding of Beca.
