Growing Beca's transport and infrastructure leadership team

Beca continues to invest in its transport and infrastructure business with the strategic hire of four senior business leaders, completing their client-focussed leadership structure.

Headed by Group Director – Transport, Damian Pedreschi, the team now includes the following people alongside existing General Manager, Transport and Infrastructure, Stuart Tucker and Operations Manager – New Zealand, Clive Richardson:

  • Tracey Ryan, Business Director – Clients and Markets
  • Rachel Fowler, Operations Manager – Australia
  • Connon Andrews, Operations Manager – International
  • Eric Whitfield, Commercial Manager.

With a full team in place, Beca is even better positioned to focus on bringing the best to their clients, and to continue driving the growth and success the team has experienced across transport and infrastructure in New Zealand, Australian and the Pacific.

“We are committed to our clients – we want them to feel supported by the right team, every time, and to know we are right there beside them helping to meet their objectives and needs,” said Damian.

He adds Beca has big dreams for making things happen, “Fundamental to this is the way in which we work together. A solid leadership structure that reflects the needs of a globally aligned business model allows us to protect and nurture one of our greatest assets – our people and culture. We believe introducing this new leadership structure will help us do this.”

For almost 100 years Beca has transformed the way we fly, drive, train and boat around our major regions. One of five globally aligned business groups, Transport and Infrastructure is home to around 600 people delivering transport and infrastructure solutions across the Asia-Pacific – from highways to bridges and tunnels to airports. Together Beca looks after our operations in New Zealand, Australia, Fiji, Samoa, Vanuatu, Belize and beyond.
