Beca has appointed Andrew Kelman as Indonesia Country Manager to lead its growing operations. He will be based in Beca’s Jakarta office commencing 1 May.
Andrew has worked with Beca in Indonesia since 2004, supporting clients in light and heavy industrial projects. He is a mechanical engineer with an MBA and more than 14 years of experience across the food and beverage, mining and metals and manufacturing industries.
“I am excited about this role, in particular the opportunity to work closely with the Jakarta and Sorowako teams to continue to grow Beca’s presence in Indonesia, as well as supporting the wider Beca group,” Andrew said.
Regional Director - Asia, David Carter, said Andrew is the right choice to lead Beca’s Indonesian operations.
"Our Indonesian business is an important part of our South-East Asian footprint. This is a critical leadership role and we are confident in Andrew’s ability to take our Indonesian team from strength to strength,” David said.
