Our clients have spoken! Beca scoops five awards at prestigious 2015 Financial Review Client Choice

We are thrilled to announce Beca has won five awards in this year's Financial Review Client Choice Awards 2015. The awards are independently researched by Beaton, surveying professional services companies clients across both sides of the Tasman.

Beca came out tops in the categories of:

  • Market leader
  • Best provider to the professional services sector
  • Best provider to the power & utilities sector
  • Best provider to the property sector
  • Best NZ firm

The awards were announced at a gala dinner in Sydney last night, with many top professional services firms across Australia and New Zealand represented.

According to Beca's Australia Managing Director, James Wright, these awards are a ringing endorsement of how far the company has progressed in its client service excellence journey. "We are in illustrious company tonight; and we are particularly proud to have won the Market Leader award ahead of PwC, KPMG and E&Y. For our commitment to be validated by our clients across both sides of the Tasman is genuinely humbling. It means a great deal that they recognise and appreciate our ongoing dedication and enthusiasm in delivering outstanding client service. We thank them for investing in a relationship with us, just as we invest in and continue to build strong relationships with each of them."

His sentiment was echoed by Beca's CEO, Greg Lowe, who added, "Our clients are telling us that we’re heading in the right direction, and undoubtedly, our people are our biggest asset. Beca's success is built on the daily interactions our clients have with a team who genuinely has their best interests at heart - we put our clients in the middle of everything we do. These awards are testament to how well our people listen to our clients and understand what they are trying to achieve."

The Financial Review Client Choice Awards are judged through quantitative, independent research into collective experiences of firms’ current clients in Australia and New Zealand; as such, the clients exclusively determine the outcome.

According to Beca's New Zealand Managing Director, Don Lyon, this endorsement shows 'they trust that we will stick by them through thick and thin'.  "We've built up relationships through all levels of our clients organisations and we're in it for the long term. When we continue to deliver through the hard times our clients see us as trusted partners and, ultimately, as friends."

Beca was a finalist in nine categories, with two individual finalists in a group of four in the ‘Most client Focused Consulting Engineer' Category: Bruce Neville (Senior Technical Director) and Richard Douch (Manager – Central Environments).
