Infrastructure team in Australia continues to strengthen with another key appointment

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Elvidge as Manager - Infrastructure NSW, which continues to strengthen our Australian infrastructure business.

"Mark is a fantastic addition to our Infrastructure team and his breadth and depth of experience will be invaluable for our clients. He will help us make the most of opportunities in the transportation industry both in Australia and internationally," said Beca's Managing Director – Australia, James Wright.

Mark brings over 18 years of local and international experience in delivering and managing transportation infrastructure projects in Australia, the USA, and Puerto Rico. He has worked on multi-disciplinary teams as a Project Director, Project Manager, Design Manager, Utility Relocation Coordinator and Lead Road Designer.

His NSW career has involved working on many Design Alliances and Design & Construct projects such as Westconnex M4 Widening, North West Rail Link - SVC Works, Bringelly Road, Richmond Road, Camden Valley Way, and Great Western Highway Upgrades. Mark previously worked for URS as the Director of Transportation and Infrastructure for NSW. In addition to his management role, he was also Client Account Manager for Road & Maritime Services (RMS).

Mark has built strong relationships with both public and private clients in the transportation sector and brings a deep understanding of the transportation infrastructure market in NSW.

While Mark will be based in Sydney, he will work closely with the wider Beca team across the Asia Pacific.
