Beca People & Culture team a multiple finalist in Australian HR Awards

Our People & Culture (P&C) team in Australia is looking forward to the results of this year's prestigious Australian HR Awards as a four-time finalist. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in Sydney on Friday, 7 August 2015.

The team has been chosen in the 'Best Change Management Strategy' and the 'Best Recruitment Campaign' categories. Two team members have also been selected as finalists in individual categories: Australian HR Director of the Year - Lee Norman, General Manager, P&C - Australia, and Australian HR Rising Star of the Year - Elise Miller, P&C Business Coordinator.

    This award recognises excellence and innovation in shaping, managing and influencing organisational change.
  • Best Recruitment Campaign - Beca
    This award recognises excellence and innovation in recruitment campaigns and initiatives.
  • Australian HR Director of the Year - Lee Norman
    This award recognises the individual who has demonstrated outstanding leadership at the executive level over the past 12 months.
  • Australian HR Rising Star of the Year - Elise Miller
    This award recognises the individual who has achieved impressive results with less than five years of commercial experience.
