The recent appointment of Russell Lane, Business Director - Advisory, highlights the continued growth of our Australian Advisory team.
Russell joins Beca with more than 25 years' experience in strategic and operational leadership roles in management consulting and professional services with a strong emphasis on delivering step-change improvements in business and executive performance.
Having spent 11 years helping to drive market entry and rapid growth of the GE Capital portfolio across Asia Pacific, Russell launched and grew the mid-market management consulting firm International Channel Management, which focused on developing and executing strategic growth programs for major enterprises wishing to establish and operate within Asia and Australia. Russell's recent positions were Director, Business Performance for Keolis Downer (Yarra Trams) and Chief Operating Officer for Moore Stephens.
