Trifecta! Beca wins 2018 Randstad ‘Most Attractive Employer’ in Construction and Engineering

The awards were announced at the Randstad round table lunch on 19 and 20 June in Auckland. Randstad selects the winners after undertaking one of the largest independent surveys into employer branding; measuring over 10,000 responses from 30 countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas to ensure objectivity. “They evaluate the relative attractiveness of each of the selected companies based on 10 key factors including salary and benefits, work atmosphere and job content.”*
