Successful night at the New Zealand Commercial Project Awards 2018

We are proud to announce multiple wins at the New Zealand Commercial Project Awards 2018.

Project Viking was the Supreme Winner of the awards, having picked up National Category Winner and a Gold Award in the Industrial category. 22 Boulcott Street, Manaaki by Mercy and Wellington International Airport South Terminal Extension were also National Category Winners in the Commercial, Health, and Tourism and Leisure categories, and our projects achieved several Gold Award wins. 2018 has been one of the best years on record for Beca at these awards, with 12 projects recognised.

Sue Bradley, Beca Job Director for Project Viking, said, “We are enormously proud to be part of the Project Viking team in winning this award. Collaboration between Skellerup, Calder Stewart and Beca was an absolute key factor in making the project a success. A huge thank you to Skellerup for giving us all the opportunity to share in this with them.”

Of Project Viking, the judges commented that, “This project is deservedly a ‘Supreme Winner’, which demonstrates an ‘end to end’ engaged client - consultant - contractor - sub-contractor providing an outstanding and well co-ordinated result.”
