Beca voted New Zealand’s most attractive engineering and construction employer for the second year

We are delighted to be recognised as Randstad New Zealand’s 'Most Attractive Employer' in the Construction & Engineering sector for the second year in a row. Our People & Culture team received the award at the 2017 Randstad Awards dinner on Thursday 4 May in Auckland.

The Randstad Employer Brand Research study is the world's largest, spanning 26 countries. The research provides local insights into the preferences of today's jobseekers, helping organisations build and enhance their employer brand. Locally, Randstad gathers thousands of opinions from over 150 companies to establish New Zealand’s most attractive employers.

Sue Glover, Group Talent Acquisition Manager, accepted the award on behalf of Beca and said in her acceptance speech, “Our people are our biggest asset and, when they become an ambassador for our brand, culture and organisation, an award like this is possible!”

Laurent Sylvestre, Chief People & Culture Officer said receiving the award is testament to the engagement of our entire business in bringing in new talent and the outstanding work done by our Talent Acquisition team. This is the result of a great company culture based on our strong employer brand based on our values of partnership, tenacity, enjoyment and care.

“To be honoured for the second time as New Zealand’s most attractive engineering and construction employer is great motivation to keep doing what we’re doing. Our team should be very proud,” Laurent said.
