Beca strengthens strategic advisory capability with appointment of Sarah Lang

Beca extends a warm welcome to Sarah Lang, who recently joined us as Business Director – Government Advisory and Strategic Relationships.
Sarah brings over 25 years’ experience with government, private sector, not-for-profit, and Māori communities. Her appointment will further strengthen and enhance our strategic advisory services to government and key clients across Aotearoa.

Hailing from Infrastructure New Zealand, Sarah founded the Women’s Infrastructure Network and has built an impressive legacy of strategic partnerships, culminating in a Woman of Influence - Diversity Award, and a nomination for New Zealander of the Year.

“I’m passionate about using my knowledge and networks to contribute to wellbeing in New Zealand. The alignment of my values with those of Beca is strong, and I am excited to join the Beca team to support and help drive forward our strategic goals for the year ahead. Working closely with business leaders across Beca, I’m looking forward to how we can further build on our key client and stakeholder relationships,” says Sarah.

Amelia Linzey, Group Director Advisory says, “Sarah is a values-driven leader with strong skills as an innovative and strategic thinker. She will support both our Advisory Group and wider business in our key business development and market initiatives. With a broad remit, Sarah will be involved in building and strengthening our relationships across the public, private and community sectors, and providing strategic advice and tactical implementation both for our advisory services and for the wider Beca group.”
