Beca is committed to working with our clients and partners as we all navigate the evolving COVID-19 situation. We are prioritising the health and wellbeing of our diverse communities, while also working to support economic stability and business needs.

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, we are responding to government directives and client needs in each of our geographies.

We are putting strategies in place to:

  • Ensure the safety of our team, our clients and our community
  • Help you find ways to support your people and business in these challenging times
  • Demonstrate our commitment to the direction our governments and their agencies are recommending
  • Keep our business strong so we can continue to respond to your needs

Singapore: We are following the Singapore government's advice and the circuit breaker measures that are in place until 1 June. Our teams will be working from home, optimising the use of technology to telecommute with our stakeholders, and continuing to serve our clients efficiently during this period.

New Zealand: We’re responding to the Governments move from Level 4 to Level 3 at midnight on Monday 27 April and will be working to ensure business continuity during this transition. Many of us will continue to work from home, however we will have some accesses to our offices again for essential work where physical distancing and strict H&S measures will be in place.

Australia: All team members will be working from home. Essential team members who need to be in the office will be managed carefully to ensure physical distance.

In all other locations: We are increasing the number of team members working from home and maximising physical distance.

We are also carefully managing visitors to our offices where appropriate and wherever possible we are recommending online/virtual meetings. Please work with your Beca contact to organise any essential meetings. In making these decisions, we carefully consider how we keep our project teams working collaboratively and effectively. If you have any questions, requests or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your Beca Project Director or Client Relationship Manager.
