Beca is excited to announce the launch of Wood Beca – our renamed joint venture following Wood Group’s acquisition of AMEC Foster Wheeler.

Bringing together the extensive expertise of Beca and the depth of Wood's global experience, Wood Beca serves clients across Australia and New Zealand, providing advisory and technical expertise across the full asset lifecycle in three key markets:

Stuart Mockett, General Manager of Wood Beca said, “We’re excited to embark on this latest chapter in the history of our long partnership between Wood and Beca Ltd. Harnessing the deep expertise of our people in the bioenergy, oil & gas and wood and fibre sectors, our partnership gives our clients access to thousands of skilled, knowledgeable professionals to achieve their vision, while helping develop economic opportunity in the communities we serve.”

Originally formed in 1984 in a joint venture between HA Simons (now Wood) and Beca Carter Hollings and Ferner (now Beca), the collective expertise of our engineers and technical specialists covers the full lifecycle of our client’s assets, from due diligence, through to delivery and ongoing maintenance.
