Since joining Beca in 2009 as senior highways engineer, Tim has worked in a wide range of markets including industrial, water, power and airports along with traditional road projects.
Tim now divides his time between leading the Australian Highway team based in Melbourne, where his is responsible for project delivery; and focussing on business development.
After graduating from the University of Texas, Tim spent the first few years of his career working on roadway projects in central and south Texas. These included upgrading port access and transportation routes and grade separations along major interstate freeways. He then spent 18 months in California, where he worked on preparing a road management plan for the relicensing of three reaches of a hydroelectric power facility. The plan included identification, rehabilitation, operations and maintenance of approximately 45km of roads and access tracks in forests of Northern California.
Tim is currently enrolled in Beca’s Leadership Program (BLP), a 10-month program that helps to accelerate leadership competencies while broadening networks within the company.
