Beca has been named one of the most reputable organisations in New Zealand for the third year running in a survey commissioned by

- Corporate social responsibility
- Financial performance
- Implementation of strategic objectives
- Innovation
- Operating model
- Organisational structure
- Quality of product or service
- Senior leadership
- Stakeholder relationships
- Vision for the future
CEO Greg Lowe says all Beca people share responsibility for enhancing and maintaining Beca's good name.
"A client's trust in us to do the job is very important and having a good reputation in the market is critical to the sustainability of our business."
CFO and executive director Chye Heng highlights the importance of Beca's vision and values.
"As our founder Sir Ron Carter says, you're only as good as your last job. With thousands of jobs completed, our reputation is now built on a much broader and well established foundation than one job alone. However, we still maintain that keen sense of pride and personal trustworthiness on every job we do."
