Beca is to open an office in Palmerston North this month, formalising its presence in the Manawatu region of New Zealand.
Regional Manager
Mike Kerr says Beca has serviced clients in the province for many years, and by opening an office in Palmerston North the company aims to further develop and improve service delivery.
"Beca has long provided consultancy to clients in Manawatu, and the leasing of permanent office space is purely a formalisation of long-established local networks. We feel the time is right to take our service offering to the next level."
Key personnel in Palmerston North will include Graham Poucher, a project director for Beca Project & Cost Management, Beca's Defence lead Llanwyn Smith, and Mark Cotton, a systems engineer with Beca Applied Technologies. David Yorke, a veteran of the water engineering sector, has recently joined Beca and will lead the team.
