Joining Beca I've found there are lots of opportunities available. You can jump around and get a variety of experiences in other areas. It's also great that there is an element of socialising that you can do in the working day - like popping up the road to play Ultimate Frisbee at lunchtime.

Originally based in the UK, Sarah and her family spent a period working in Fiji where they got to know the Beca engineers working on the Rewa Bridge project. She joined Beca's Auckland Civil team in 2006.
