Beca’s valuation team is a market-focused business that embraces a comprehensive range of professional skills to provide a complete valuations service to clients in both the government and private sectors.

We undertake valuations of land, buildings and infrastructure assets for many local authorities throughout New Zealand and these valuations cover reserve land, specialised buildings and public utilities along with more general assets such as residential housing, commercial and industrial properties and vacant land parcels. We also provide plant and machinery valuations and infrastructure asset valuations with demonstrated experience in the power, water and roading sectors.

Beca also has considerable experience with large-scale land and building portfolio valuations for both public and private sector clients, including housing, throughout New Zealand for the Army, Navy and Airforce. We provide support services and expertise in the preparation and negotiation of objections with Valuation New Zealand on behalf of New Zealand Defence Forces.

We use relatively small valuation teams supported by excellent technology, skilled leadership, strong project management tools and the experience and resources of the broader Beca group. This has enabled us to deliver required project outcomes at a substantial cost saving (up to 50% in some cases) often well ahead of anticipated deadlines.
