Since joining Beca's established Singapore team, Ang Seng has been involved in a range of building projects from high rise office blocks and shopping centres to residential and institutional developments.
In a recent, high profile project, Singapore Republic Polytechnic, Ang Seng was instrumental in providing leadership and direction to the Beca building services team. "It was most satisfying to present the project deliverables on time and with outstanding quality to a very happy and satisfied client," Ang Seng says. The project went on to win the Green Mark Platinium award in 2006 and the prestigious Asean Energy Efficiency Award in 2008.
Just as Ang Seng has made the most of opportunities and avenues for career progression, he also enjoys guiding others to reach their own potential. "I strive to help others in their individual career development so they become valuable members of my team and to the rest of Beca," he says.
Ang Seng is a big fan of the working culture at Beca where mutual trust and respect exists between all management and team members.
