Wellington’s Chews Lane Precinct, for which Beca provided the mechanical and buildings services engineering, took the Supreme Award at the Property Council Awards of New Zealand in Auckland last night.
The historic lane has been redeveloped to provide a pedestrian-only route at the centre of the city, lined with a mix of complementary character and modern apartments, cafes, shops and offices.
Beca is proud to have provided consultancy on three projects recognised by the Property Council with Excellent awards, and four projects which won Merit awards:
